COMPOSITION:

Each ml contains:
Amikacin Sulphate I.P. Equivalent

to Amikacin I.P……………………250mg

Benzyl Alcohol I.P……………..0.18%v/v

Water for Injection I.P………….q.s.

DOSAGE: 
5–12mg/kg B.WT. by IV/lM/SC route
Can also be used as a IV infusion
after dilution in 1:4 ratio with sterile
water
