Prefer to collect your order yourself? No problem! You can also pick up your order directly from our shop at your convenience. Just select the "Self Pickup" option at checkout.

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:

The product is unused and unopened
It is in its original condition and packaging
All items and documents (like invoice, warranty card) are returned together
A valid reason (like damage, expiry, or wrong product) is provided

Please note: Feed supplements and medicines cannot be returned once opened, due to health and safety regulations.

The seal is broken or packaging is tampered
Any component is missing
Product was used or mishandled after delivery
Valid proof of purchase is not provided

🚚 Shipping Charges in Return/Exchange:

In case of an approved return or exchange (except when the mistake is from our end):

Both side shipping charges (to and fro) will be borne by the customer
Refund will be made after deducting the actual shipping cost incurred by us
Please note: The actual courier charges may be higher than the nominal amount collected during checkout — only the actual amount will be deducted

💰 Refund Time:

Once the returned product is received and verified, your refund will be processed within 7–10 working days as per applicable banking timelines.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We always try our best to dispatch your orders on time — even during holidays. However, delivery on public holidays depends on the local courier service in your area.

Sometimes, due to:

Local courier office being closed
Delivery agent not being available
Public holiday in your region or ours

…the parcel might get delayed slightly. In such cases, the delivery is usually attempted on the very next working day.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

We’re sorry, but next-day delivery is currently not available for all locations across India.

At this time, we can offer faster delivery only in select local areas near our dispatch center. For most pin codes, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 7 working days, depending on your location and the courier partner’s schedule.

We truly appreciate your patience, and we promise to dispatch your order as quickly as possible to avoid any unnecessary delay.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

It’s not necessary for you to personally be there, but someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

Also, please ensure:

Your mobile number is active for OTP verification
The delivery agent will ask for an OTP, which you’ll receive via SMS
Without the correct OTP, the parcel cannot be handed over

How can I track my order?

Yes, but only if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible via phone or WhatsApp with your order number. Once dispatched, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Can I return or exchange a product?

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective, expired, or wrong item is sent. Feed supplements and medicines once opened cannot be returned due to safety reasons.

Do you provide prescription-based medicines?

Yes, for prescription-based medicines, you must upload or share a valid prescription from a registered veterinary doctor. This is mandatory as per legal norms.

Can I schedule delivery for a specific date or time?

Currently, we do not offer date/time-slot delivery. However, once shipped, your parcel will reach within 6–7 working days depending on your location.

Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹3000. Orders below this amount may include a nominal shipping fee, which is visible at checkout.

I made an online payment but didn’t get order confirmation. What should I do?

If the amount is debited but you haven’t received confirmation, please wait 10–15 minutes. If not resolved, contact us with transaction details — we’ll check and confirm it ASAP.
