Please note: Feed supplements and medicines cannot be returned once opened, due to health and safety regulations.

  • Any component is missing

  • Product was used or mishandled after delivery

🚚 Shipping Charges in Return/Exchange:

In case of an approved return or exchange (except when the mistake is from our end):

  • Both side shipping charges (to and fro) will be borne by the customer

  • Refund will be made after deducting the actual shipping cost incurred by us

  • Please note: The actual courier charges may be higher than the nominal amount collected during checkout — only the actual amount will be deducted

Do you deliver on public holidays?

We always try our best to dispatch your orders on time — even during holidays. However, delivery on public holidays depends on the local courier service in your area.

Is next-day delivery available on all orders?

We’re sorry, but next-day delivery is currently not available for all locations across India.

At this time, we can offer faster delivery only in select local areas near our dispatch center. For most pin codes, the estimated delivery time is 6 to 7 working days, depending on your location and the courier partner’s schedule.

Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

It’s not necessary for you to personally be there, but someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

Also, please ensure:

  • Your mobile number is active for OTP verification

  • The delivery agent will ask for an OTP, which you’ll receive via SMS

  • Without the correct OTP, the parcel cannot be handed over

Currently, we do not offer date/time-slot delivery. However, once shipped, your parcel will reach within 6–7 working days depending on your location.

Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹3000. Orders below this amount may include a nominal shipping fee, which is visible at checkout.

I made an online payment but didn’t get order confirmation. What should I do?

If the amount is debited but you haven’t received confirmation, please wait 10–15 minutes. If not resolved, contact us with transaction details — we’ll check and confirm it ASAP.
