Nitrofurazone (IP 60mg): Known for its potent antibacterial properties, Nitrofurazone swiftly targets and eliminates infectious agents within the uterus.
Urea (IP 6gm): Urea acts as a proteolytic agent, aiding in the dissolution of necrotic tissue and facilitating the clearance of unpleasant odors. Additionally, it provides a cooling and soothing effect to the uterine wall, promoting normal contractions.
