    Tilmotil Injection contains Tilmicosin 300 mg/ml, a semi-synthetic macrolide antibiotic, known for its broad-spectrum antibacterial and mycoplasma-killing properties. This powerful antibiotic is highly effective against tough-to-kill microorganisms such as Mycoplasma, Staphylococcus, Mannheimia, and other Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.
