MOXEL FORTE Injection is a powerful combination of Amoxicillin Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium, engineered to combat β-lactamase–resistant bacterial infections in livestock. This advanced formulation provides broad-spectrum action and enhanced resistance to enzymatic degradation, making it highly effective for treating mastitis, abscesses, surgical wounds, and upper respiratory tract infections in cattle and buffalo.

Sulbactam acts as a β-lactamase inhibitor, protecting Amoxicillin from enzymatic breakdown and ensuring optimal efficacy. Each pack includes a sterile powder vial and is available in 3000 mg (3 g) and 4500 mg (4.5 g) strengths for flexible dosing.
