COMPOSITION :

• Ketoconazole 2% w/v
•  Chlorhexidine Gluconate 2% w/v

Ketoconazole

• Inhibits the fungal P-450 enzyme system and blocks ergosterol synthesis with its fungistatic action
• Direct effect on fungal cellular membrane permeability and decreased fungal cellular metabolism and growth.
• Has anti-inflammatory property and suppresses T-lymphocyte production.

Chlorhexidine

• Broad-spectrum antibacterial and antifungal activity.
• Disrupts microbial cell membranes and coagulates cytoplasmic proteins
• Nonirritant, nontoxic and works in organic debris.
