Vamso, initially known as Cattle Remedies Private Limited, was founded by Dr. OP Agarwal (Veterinarian Doctor) and Dr. VP Agrawal (Ayurvedic Doctor) in 1969.  They started their journey from a small village in India called Sirsaganj with seven products for livestock.

Within no-time, Cattle Remedies became a household brand among farmers and since then, there has been no looking back for new management of Mukesh Agarwal, Sanjay Agrawal and Ajay Agrawal. In 2006, they rebranded Cattle Remedies to Vamso Biotec Pvt Ltd to launch poultry division and became a major player in natural products for animal healthcare.
