Composition:

• Enrofloxacin (20%):
  • Enrofloxacin is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic.
  • It inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, leading to bactericidal activity against a wide range of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

Indications: Techcin Forte Injection is indicated for the treatment of:

• Respiratory tract infections
• Pyrexia of unknown origin
• Gastrointestinal infections
• Wound infections, secondary bacterial infections, and fever due to mixed infections
• Acute and chronic mastitis caused by Mycoplasma, E.coli, and MRSA

Dosage:

• Administer 1ml per 20-40kg body weight via intramuscular (I/M) route.
• Repeat within 48 hours if necessary, as determined by a veterinarian.

Presentation:

• Techcin Forte Injection is available in two presentations: 30ml and 100ml glass vials.
• It is a 20% Long Acting solution.
