Return & Exchange Policy

At Kama Pet Shop, we prioritize your satisfaction. While all purchases are final, we understand that sometimes issues can arise. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully to understand the conditions and process.


🛒 Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been dispatched.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

🚫 Final Sale Policy

All products purchased from www.kamapet.com are considered final sale. Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following circumstances:

  • The item was received in a damaged condition.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The item has expired upon delivery.

💸 Cash on Delivery (COD) Refusal

If a COD order is refused upon delivery and returned to us, the shipping and Return-to-Origin (RTO) charges will be deducted from any prepaid amount. No refunds will be issued for refused COD orders with partial or full advance payment.

🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at contact@kamapet.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
  2. Attach an unboxing video clearly showing the issue with the product.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for the pickup of the item.
  4. Returned items must be unused, sealed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  5. Items that fail quality check will not be eligible for return or exchange.

💰 Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be done via GPay after collecting your number.

📦 Return Pickup Timeline

Once approved, pickup is usually arranged within 2–4 business days. Please keep the product ready in original packaging during pickup.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Late requests beyond 2 days of delivery will be rejected.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund if the product condition does not match our return criteria.
