Full Description: Promicef Tazo is a parenteral antibiotic containing a combination of Ceftriaxone sodium and Tazobactam, designed to be effective against beta-lactamase-producing gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. This powerful antibiotic is indicated for managing severe bacterial infections in both dogs and cats, providing flexibility with intramuscular (IM), subcutaneous (SC), or intravenous (IV) administration. Promicef Tazo is ideal for a variety of bacterial infections, offering rapid and effective treatment.

Dosage: The recommended dosage for Promicef Tazo is:

15-25 mg/kg every 24 hours through intramuscular (IM), subcutaneous (SC), or intravenous (IV) administration.

Presentation: Promicef Tazo is supplied as a vial containing powder for reconstitution with Water for Injection (WFI). The pack includes a syringe and needle for administration.
