PITOFEN PLUS Injection/Bolus:

Overview: PITOFEN PLUS offers relief from painful conditions with its antispasmodic, analgesic, and anti-inflammatory properties. Available in both injection and bolus forms, it addresses various spasmodic ailments in animals.

Composition:

• Piroxicam: A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) providing anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and antipyretic effects.
• Pitofenone Hydrochloride: A potent antispasmodic agent.
• Fenpiverinium Bromide: Another effective antispasmodic compound.

PITOFEN PLUS Injection:
This formulation contains three active ingredients per milliliter:

• Piroxicam (10mg): A nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that relieves pain and inflammation by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis.
• Pitofenone Hydrochloride (2mg): A potent antispasmodic agent that helps alleviate muscle spasms.
• Fenpiverinium Bromide (0.02mg): Another antispasmodic compound that helps relax smooth muscles, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract.

PITOFEN PLUS Bolus:
This bolus formulation contains three active ingredients per bolus:

• Piroxicam (200mg): Similar to the injection, it provides anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
• Pitofenone Hydrochloride (25mg): A higher dose compared to the injection, enhancing its antispasmodic action.
• Fenpiverinium Bromide (0.2mg): Also present in a higher dose compared to the injection, providing stronger antispasmodic effects.

Both formulations are designed to provide relief from painful conditions, offering a combination of analgesic, antispasmodic, and anti-inflammatory effects.

Dosage:

• Injection:
  • Large animals: 20-40ml
  • Small animals: 5-10ml
• Bolus:
  • Large animals: 2-4 boluses daily
  • Small animals: 1-2 boluses daily
