Do I need to be there to sign for delivery?

It’s not necessary for you to personally be there, but someone should be available at the delivery address to receive the parcel.

The delivery agent will ask for an OTP, which you’ll receive via SMS
Without the correct OTP, the parcel cannot be handed over
