CeftiVAAN

Solution to reduce early chick mortality and bacterial infections.

Composition: – Ceftiofur sodium sterile powder – 1000 mg

Benefits: – Strong bactericidal antibiotic with direct action on bacterial cell wall

Indication: –

1. Prevention of Mortality in early period mainly due to E coli, staphylococcus, Pasturella etc.
2. Respiratory tract infections
3. Colibaccillosis
4. To prevent secondary bacterial infection.

Presentation: –

Each vial of Ceftivaan contains

Ceftiofur sodium sterile powder equivalent to anhydrous ceftiofur – 1000 mg

20 ml Vial of distilled water

Dosage:-

Day old chick- 0.2 mg/ chick

Adult birds- 2.5 to 5 mg / kg body weight
