Full Description: CefPET Suspension and Tablet are broad-spectrum antibiotics designed for pets to combat a wide range of bacterial infections. Both the suspension and tablet forms contain cefpodoxime, a third-generation cephalosporin, effective in treating various bacterial infections in pets. Ideal for dogs and cats, these antibiotics are indicated for skin infections, respiratory tract infections, uro-genital tract infections, and gastrointestinal infections.

Composition:

• CefPET Suspension: Each 5 ml after reconstitution contains 100 mg of cefpodoxime.
• CefPET Tablet: Each coated tablet contains 100 mg of cefpodoxime.

Indications: CefPET is indicated for treating various bacterial infections in pets, including:

• Skin infections
• Respiratory tract infections
• Uro-genital tract infections
• Gastrointestinal infections

Dosage and Administration:

• CefPET Suspension: Administer 5-10 mg/kg body weight once daily, orally. Shake well before use.
• CefPET Tablet: Administer 5-10 mg/kg body weight once daily, orally.

• CefPET Suspension: Comes in a 30 ml bottle with Water for Injection (WFI) and a measuring spoon for easy reconstitution and administration.
