Orders and Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch within 12 hours. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.

Final Sale Policy:

  • All sales on Kama Pet Shop are final. Returns/exchanges are not permitted unless there are specific issues as outlined below. Please ensure all items are checked carefully before placing an order.

Eligible Return/Exchange Conditions:

  • Product received is damaged.
  • Incorrect product sent.
  • Product has expired.

Additional COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy:

  • If a customer refuses to accept a COD order and the parcel is returned to us, both the shipping and RTO (Return to Origin) costs will be borne by us. In such cases, any advance payment made for the order will not be refunded. This payment will be adjusted against the COD and RTO charges.

Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Email us at contact@kamapet.com with an unboxing video as proof. No return/exchange will be processed without this video.
  2. Requests must be submitted within 2 days of receiving the product. Late requests will not be accepted.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange for the item to be collected and returned to our warehouse.
  4. Upon receiving the product, we will verify its condition. Items must be in unused, non-damaged, re-saleable condition with all tags intact. If the product does not match what was originally sent, no refund or exchange will be processed.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of the returned items being received and inspected.
  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via GPay, and our team will contact you for your GPay number.
