Doramectin which belongs to the class Avermectin is known as gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) agonist. The mode of action is to modulate chloride ion channel activity in the nervous system of nematodes and arthropods.
It stimulates the presynaptic release of neurotransmitters by increasing their binding to postsynaptic receptors, which leads to interference in nerve impulse transmission.
In nematodes, the interference in the transmission of nerve impulses occurs between nerve cells, whereas in arthropods this occurs between nerve and muscle cells. This results in hyperpolarization leading to flaccid paralysis and parasite removal.

Doramectin …10 mg
BHT (Butylated Hydroxytoluene) …0.3 mg
Sesame Oil Q.S. to …1 ml

Cattle:
Gastrointestinal Helminths (Adult and 4th Stage Larvae)
Pulmonary Helminths: Dictyocaulus viviparus.
Ticks: Boophilus microplus
Larvae: Larvae of Dermatobia hominis.
Myiasis (Cutaneous Worms):
Fly larvae of Cochliomyia hominivorax
Lice: Linognathus vituli, Haematopinus eurysternus, Solenopotes

Sheep and Goats:
Sheep and Goat Roundworms:
Wireworm,Nodular worm, Hookworm, Largemouth, White Lungworm (Dictyocaulus filaria)

The product is indicated for the treatment and control of gastrointestinal, pulmonary and renal parasites, lice, and scabies mites.

Administration:
Cattle : 1 ml / 50 kg B. wt. IM & SC
Swine : 1 ml / 33 kg B. wt. IM
Withdrawal Period:
Cattle- Meat : 28 days, Milk: 10 days
Sheep and Goat- Meat: 28 days, Milk: 07 days;
Swine- Meat: 28 days

Contraindications:
No contraindications in the recommended doses.

Storage:
Store at room temperature, protected from sunlight.
Keep the product out of the reach of children.

Presentation:
Filled into amber glass bottles, closed with rubber stopper and aluminum cap containing 20 ml and 50 ml.

Storage: Store below 30 ⁰C. Protected from light.
