Composition: Each bolus of Vetran–LA contains a powerful combination of active ingredients, carefully selected for their potent antibacterial properties:

Trimethoprim IP (200mg): Trimethoprim acts as an antimicrobial agent, targeting and eliminating bacterial infections.
Sulphadiazine IP (1gm): Sulphadiazine is an antibiotic that works synergistically with trimethoprim to provide enhanced antibacterial activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria.

Features:

Vetran–LA Bolus offers a bactericidal combination of sulphadiazine and trimethoprim, effective even against multi-resistant infections.
Produces a sequential double blockade of bacterial metabolism, leading to synergistic action and enhanced antibacterial activity.
Provides effective treatment for gastrointestinal, respiratory, genital, urinary tract infections, and mastitis in animals.

Indications:

Recommended for treating various infections, including gastrointestinal, respiratory, genital, urinary tract infections, and mastitis in animals.

Dosage:

For livestock: Administer 1 bolus per 80kg of body weight twice daily.
For intra-uterine use: Administer 4 boluses daily for 3-5 days.
For poultry: Mix 1 bolus with 7.5kg of feed for 5-7 days or dissolve 1 bolus in 15 liters of drinking water for 5-7 days.
